In recent years, PANAGROTIKI has consistently followed a comprehensive plan of modernization, development and continuous improvement.

Through three consecutive investment programs, as well as significant investments with our own resources, we have invested a total of more than €375,000 in the company’s facilities, energy, technology, equipment and processes.

Green transition – We reduce our environmental footprint

A significant part of our investments was directed towards the energy upgrade of our facilities and the reduction of the environmental footprint of our daily operations.

We proceeded with the waterproofing of the roof of our facilities and the installation of a 42 kW Net Metering photovoltaic system, which fully covers the electrical needs of the business.

At the same time, we invested in a modern heat pump and included two electric heaters in our equipment, limiting the use of conventional forms of energy.

With these investments, we are creating a more energy-efficient business, with a smaller environmental footprint and modern operating conditions.

Digital transition – We are changing the way we work

Digital transformation has been another important axis of our investment effort.

We created our new corporate website panagrotiki.com and our online store panagrotiki.gr, offering new ways to inform, communicate and serve our customers.

At the same time, with the installation of the ERP PYLON, we proceeded with a substantial digitalization of the company’s internal processes.

The implementation of a barcode system and scanners, in direct connection with PYLON, significantly changed the way the warehouse operates and the execution of orders.

Today we have a better picture of our stocks, significantly fewer errors in the execution of orders and a drastic reduction in deviations during inventory.

At the same time, we invested €40,000 in two modern drones, strengthening our technological equipment and capabilities in the field of agricultural technology and modern applications in the agricultural sector.

For us, this is the true meaning of digital transition:

Technology does not exist simply because it is modern. It exists to make the daily operation of the business better, faster and more efficient.

We also invest in better service

Our modernization does not stop at energy and digitalization.

We invested €15,000 in an agricultural tractor, so that we can carry out tests and operational checks of large agricultural machinery before delivering it to the customer.

We created an unloading ramp, an investment of €10,000, improving the movement and management of machinery and goods in our facilities.

At the same time, we invested €30,000 in a van, gaining greater flexibility and speed in delivering smaller loads to our customers.

Each of these investments concerns a different part of our operation. But they all have a common denominator:
